Ho alloggiato in questo hotel per due notti. Ottimo hotel, le uniche tre cose che mi hanno un po' deluso sono state la cattiva accoglienza da parte di un addetto alla reception, le dimensioni della camera, che, pur avendo tutti i comfort, era estremamente piccola e la connessione internet, troppo cara.

The employees at the reception were really rude. I think they confuse discretion with arrogange, elegance with snobbery.

Non centralissimo, ma grazie ai mezzi pubblici, vicino ci sono 2 tram 27 e 19 che ti portano al centro (piazza Duomo) in 10 minuti, si riesce a muoversi con tranquillità fino a notte fonda.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. It was just what I expected. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had all the facilities I needed. The hotel is not that close to Duomo or the shopping areas. You will have to take a tram. Even tho I like staying right in the heart of the city, in this case I did not mind taking the tram or a metro. The Cardona station is not far from the hotel.If you are taking malpensa express from Malpensa airoport wou will arrive at Cardona and from there you can take a taxi for about 10 euroes or a tram 27 for one euro. If you want to stay near the central station then this hotel is not a good choice. It cost 25 euroes to get from the central station to the hotel by a taxi, but you can also take a metro and a tram.

In general I enjoyed my stay at the hotel.The only problem is the expensive internet service the hotel provides. I have stayed in more economical hotels where i did not have to pay for the use of internet.

IT WAS A BUSINESS FAIR AND IT WAS FULL OF BUSINESS PEOPLE ATTENDING THE FAIR.HOTEL IS VERY GOOD AND SITUATED VERY NEAR TO FIERA MILANO.ROOM WAS NICE AND ALSO THE ERVICE AND ACCESSORIES PROVIDED IN THE ROOM

the only bad point was the heating. It was really dry so the room got too hot and your skin dry. other than that the overall stay was great

Overall it was a good experience. The room was however very small compared to what we were used to. For the price it was rather expensive considering the size of the room. Clearly, this was an older hotel, but that was part of it's allure. Most of the staff were helpful. The breakfast was very good and had a complete menu. The room was very nice with all of the wood trim and so forth, and it was clean.

i have prefered more kindness from the people of reception and all my breakfast at the room was stranhe, once without sugar, once without milk...and so on

Breakfast was wonderful, with a great service. Maybe the rooms had to be restored.

Very nice and professional welcome, the patio is really nice and relaxing and the brekfast has a large variety of choice. the hotel is in a good location for business travellers as it is close to fiera and easily accessible from the motorway. I will come back!

The worst reception ever. You will never meet suach a reception staff. They never smiled, every thing is impossible, and charged me for the whole stay at arrival without having my permetion (They should've told me that taking my credit card was for chargeing not for guarantee). I am a business man that travelled allot and stayed in many hotels. This was the worst.

First class breakfest. Television only italian and the bathroom was a little bit dirty. So what - we will come back.

I can just write and say : Perfect. Only to find the adress from the hotel was difficult but in the end it was the best was I ever had in Italy.

Great 4 stars, if you take if with Venere's prices. Rooms are beautifull and (for an italian average) arent too small; marble-bathroom is very beautiful! The breakfast is one of the best (if not THE best) I've ever seen: every kind of food and great quality. The only thing I can say is that staff is normally polite bue not very helpfull and not at all warm. I mean, for how I saw them with me (and I didnt need anything particularly) I dont imagine them caring for example with a foreigner needing help. The area thought is great to move around (Fiera, and tram to the center passes 2 min away). Public areas inside the hotel on ground floor are impressive, beautiful; on the floor thought they would need a renovation (ie the very ruined moquette)

This was a really nice hotel. The quality for the price really surprised us. It had a GREAT breakfast buffet. The hotel and rooms were really nice and looked much better than the photos. The only drawback was the location was not very close to downtown and it was difficult to find out about how to get around. There was a tram that stopped right in front of the hotel that stops also at the train station. We took the train to the center of town and then taxis to the hotel.

I like the hotel but it is far away from metro station. Tram is the best way to get dawn-town

nice hotel in a good price especially now that the fair has moved and it is not so convenient for someone who wants to go there.I enjoyed ataying there and probably go again.

la posizione è ottima per chi è a milano per la fiera. il rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo il relazione all'offerta di venere.com altrimenti i prezzi sono molto più alti.

per il prezzo pagato (75 Euro Camera/notte) l'albergo è ottimo. Avessi pagato più di 100 Euro non sarei dello stesso parere. Parcheggio esageratamente costoso e non mi hanno rilasciato fattura neanche su mia richiesta.

I like the hotel and its location. I was very disappointed because because I lost a necklace in the room. It was a very inexpensive piece but the fact that someone took it from the room is not acceptable.
