The hotel room was absolutely gorgious and the bathroom was totally modern and beautiful. We really felt we lucked out until we hit the mattress. Hard as a rock! All 3 of us had fitfull sleep in our different beds. The pillows were as thin as a sheet of paper, and it was difficult to get comfortable. What a pity, because this hotel room was so pretty. The breakfast was perfect and overlooked a section of downtown Milan that was easy on the eye. Great cappucinos! If you have never been to Milan, don't drive your first time. It's absolute chaos on the roads. Hire a driver!

Good service for your group of 3 couples. We were placed on the same floor near the restaurant. The breakfast was great and the one dinner that we all had was also very good--fresh and tasty. All the staff were helpful but one was a bit abrupt to some of our group.

Lovely hotel. Helpful and professional staff. We had a spacious triple. The beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast was the best during our stay in Italy and yes, the view over Milan is nice. No problem leaving luggage for a late flight out. Would definitely use them again.

A very nice hotel about a block from the Metro. The neighborhood is nothing special, but my family felt safe. A very nice breakfast on the hotel's top floor was included. The price was a little steep, but that seems to be pretty common in Milan.

The room was uncosy and smelled so much of cigarette smoke that it made me sick- and I even smoke myself on occasion. Nasty! All of my clothes smelled like cigarettes just from lying inside the suitcase in the room.

Very convenient hotel both for leisure and business. Very good connections with all central locations. Walking distance from top shopping streets. Rooms well insulated but still a bit noisy those on the street.

Its an excellent hotel, maybe compared to other hotels it may sound a little expensive, but once you're there you can see the service and the quality of the hotel. The staff are very welcoming and helpful.

The room, hotel staff, and breakfast were very good, however, the surrounding area was ghetto-like. The view from the elegant breakfast room was not worthy of what the hotel was attempting to do. I would recommend the hotel for business travelers, but not tourists.

An excellent hotel. I was attending the Fair and the hotel provided a bus service to and from the Fair. The location is just a few stops on the Metro from the centre of Milan.

The staff and the cleanliness in this hotel is excellent and on the whole the breakfast is good but one day when we went in with still over an hour to go before breakfast finished there was a very poor selection and they didn't seem to keen to refill the empty plates! There is plenty public transport close to the hotel which we found was very handy.

Service quality excellent, rooms were clean and the hotel in general is nice. The breakfast buffet was good and the hotel restaurant offered a nice menu. The hotel is a little farther away from many of the sights we went to, so be prepared to take bus or tram which are accessed near the hotel.

The hotel en price was good. This would be an hotel to book for the next time. The only thing that could have been better was the room service late at night. We wanted room service at 00.15 as the brochure in the hotel indicated is was possible until 01.00 but the room service was already closed. Futher on a good hotel with good price quality.
