Carpet was dirty in room...very dingy...front desk said breakfast included but when got to restaurant they said I needed a voucher which wasn't provided...beverages only by vending machine which ate up my dollar and no drink..staff unresponsive...they seem to know they have captive market and don't care at all about clients. Would never recommend to stay unless no other alternative.

The entrance was not welcoming, the room was small, noisy and walls thin, staff busy and not welcoming. Considering this was an airport hotel and that you would require quite to sleep before a flight it was very noisy, heard all doors banging and people talking which means walls very thin.

We stayed due to convenience. I was fine for our needs. The only issue is that the staff was supposed to charge different rooms to different couples in our group. Unfortunately, that did not happen. I was charged for most of the group, even though they presented their cards @ check in. Extra work for me to clean up that issue.

Receptionist was rude, no eye contact, no welcome. While leaving, porter rushed to lift with empty trolly and left us to wait for next lift. (time was precious just then)

It is an airport hotel and it delivers good quality for what it is. Problem at MIA has always been the inadequate space for checking in. It hasn't changed in 30 years. It is only worthwhile when necessity dictates.

Okay for one night. Expected it to be better than it was. The bar and reception areas are not good. Everything is open to the general airport terminal so it is not a particularly relaxing location.

This place is WAY overpriced. It is, however, the only hotel in the airport terminal and therefore the only real choice if you want to sleep during a ten hour layover, as we had. We paid $185; the rate given on the door of our room was $269. At those prices you would think that they could fix the sink so that it drained, which it didn't.

Room was not clean. No noise from airplanes, but noise from slamming doors and alarm clocks in corridor. Hotel felt unsafe. Room was cramped. Very unpleasant atmosphere. Would not stay again. Very expensive.

Convenient but mixed quality of rooms in our party. My room was very small, bath had no fan, bed linens clean, amenities minimal. Room service menu not much. However, I did like the restaurant upstairs. I have stayed here 3 times and only do for the convenience of not having to leave the airport. The elevators this time were better than previous when they were quite slow.

the service was awful from the time we attempted to check in until the moment we left. The phone didn't work so we had to call down to the front desk to be transferred anywhere else. Room service was bad although the food itself was good. The man taking and delivering the order had a lot of trouble with English. The sink stopper in the bathroom was broken so I had to hold the plug up with my hand while I brushed my teeth. None of the amenities (pool, excercise, etc) were available when he first arrived in Miami on December 27th, and were still out of service when we returned on January 6th

I have stayed at this hotel on four occasions mainly because of the convenience of having to overnight in Miami to connect on another flight. My recent stays (twice in four days) were frustrated by housekeeping's attitude and inability to understand ENGLISH. I left my spectacles and phonebook, called to advice them that I will be returning for it (they said they had it) and when I got there they claimed they did not have anything. Only constant persistence, over two days, led to retrieval - and with an attitude! I would have hoped for more understanding and assistance! In the first place, since they have all my contaqcts, would it not have been nice to get in touch wiht me via email and advise that I had left two important items. Busy travelers often do and sometimes are unable to recall where they left things because of the continuous travel. Apart from the Bell captain, all staff need to be trained to be pleasant!
