An old hotel in need of renovation. However it is in a very good position

(too)high prize due to Art Basel Fair (3min. walk away). Hotel needs general renovation, we had nice room, ocean front on corner, so we had one of few balconies. bathroom very small. altogether a nice stay, but breakfast is better elsewhere. ocean was not guarded, Dec. being season for man-o-war, a jellyfish-like animal- tentacles absorb venom, which is painful, so you better swim in the pool.

Exit the airport onto FL-112 E and head toward I-95 N/Beaches. Continue straight ahead onto Arthur Godfrey Rd/W 41st St. Turn right onto Pine Tree Drive, and continue straight ahead onto 23rd Street. Turn right onto Collins Ave/FL-A1A. The hotel is located at street number 1801.

Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
