Hotel Impala it is really well located, at the best place of Miame Beach. The room size it is good. The room it is too dark and little bit noise because of a machine located close to the room, I recon that they should have more ilumination.

Although cozy and with a nice staff, the Impala is NOT on a quiet location! The construction going on the right side and behind the hotel started its works at 7:00AM sharp. THe television couldn´t muffle the noise. And at thursday night you can rear the music of a nearby night club. The air conditioning is also loud, and the windows are not soundproof. There were no warning or caveats about the work time of the nearby construction... I wouldn´t return there...

Rooms are not what you expect from a 4 stars hotel. Rooms very noisy and dark. Very small windows without day light. No services in the room like minibar, hairdryer, etc... just the bed and a not working TV. Very disappointed with the hotel. Only the cleaning lady was very nice. Very expensive for nothing. Breakfast not for a 4 stars hotel and not in the same hotel.No room service. The only positive thing is the location in Miami Beach, but in the area there are lots of nicer hotels. Never again.

Very friendly and prompt service. Location in the quieter part of the South Beach area, proximity of an excellent Italian restaurant downstairs, and a government car park are big plus(s). Even though next door is undergoing some renovation, the receptionist was careful in assigning us a quiet room, away from the noise. Pleased with the stay.

Nice hotel with spacious rooms. Construction next door, but not intrusive. Not a lot to look at from windows or balcony. Comfortable bed, large shower/bathroom and spacious sitting area. Excellent location to restaurants and beach. Recommend to Go-Cars GPS guided tour. See a lot of Miami & surrounding area that you wouldn't normally see. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

I travelled to Miami with my sister, and we had a great time. Compared to other hotels in Miami, Hotel Impala was very clean, and the staff was polite. The room was very small, and there were only two rooms in the hotel with two beds. But we didn't spend much time in the room, and the bed was big enough to share. The hotel was in a GREAT location -- close to the beach, shopping, restaurants and night life -- so we were happy with our stay.

Our stay was great, we came back after two weeks for a second time. Service and hospitality by the front desk staff was perfect, it was like coming home! The hotel is right in the middle of everything - and quiet! We loved it!

The Impala was a lovely small quiet hotel, the staff, Ros, Richie and Gabrielle were friendly and very helpful. I would certainly recommend a stay at this amazing hotel.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the Impala Hotel, and we would recommend it to anyone! (just one short block from gorgeous South Beach)

We stayed at Hotel Impala for two nights in August. It was a very nice and clean hotel, just perfect for us. We payed only 80 Dollars per night and got more than we expected. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom looked just great and the staff was very helpful. Breakfast was not served at Hotel Impala but at another hotel nearby, but it was okay. Compared to other hotels which served "continental breakfast", Hotel Impala had a wide range of things to eat. For everyone who arrives by car: There is a paring garage on Collins Avenue/13th for only 8 Dollars/day.

The hotel was great, very cute and great location and great price for South Beach. My only problem with the stay was the breakfest, it was gross and it was on plastic plates. We arrived at 9:15, as the breakfest eneded at 9:30(in itself is crazy for S.Beach, way too early) and at 9:29 the staff were clearing away everything and being loud about it, so if we did want more juice, nope we couldn't get it. I totally recommend this hotel but skip the breakfest.

the hotel is very different than what it appears on internet! the room was old, the bathroom old and dirty, towels and pillow cases had big holes and we had to ask to have them changed; they were dirty too! room has not view and the AC is very noisy! note thet BREAKFAST is served in an another hotel, close to the impala, but we knew this only when we checked in. breakfast is very poor, it is served into a lobby and tables are dirty! there is not any assistant that clean! the staff is unhelpfull, and they are only keen on selling their expensive tours! is there a manager in the hotel?? the only good thing is the location!

Très bon hotel, idéalement situé à un block de la plage et au coeur de South Beach, pas loin des restos et des bars. Un seul hic concernant la chambre peu lumineuse et l'environnement un peu bruyant car l'hôtel à côté est en travaux; mais au global, très bon souvenir !
