The Hotel was in rebuilding and only a third of the hotel was available. It was loud noisy and only 2 queensize beds instead of 1 kingsize was available. Location is nice but the team did not care

El hotel está muy bien situado, en primera linea de playa y tienes el autobús y la parada de taxis a dos pasos. Está en una zona tranquila, pero para salir por la noche te tienes que coger algún medio de transporte. El préstamo de toallas está muy bien pero lo tienes que pagar. Las vistas de la habitación espectaculares, y la habitación fantástica, lo único que el baño era un poco pequeño. En general muy bien situado, comunicado, muy limpio y muy confortable.

Good location, plenty of sun bathing space under palm trees in pool area. Able to walk straight on to beach. Excellent breakfast although confusing as to what each menu represented. Evening dinner in beautiful surroundings although price was fairly high. Staff were friendly and helpful.

beautiful hotel and wonderful spacious pool and beach property. quiet and relaxing.Easy walk on the boardwalk to south beach or north to arthur godfrey blvd.Price on Venere.com was the best on the web. However, The elevators were not working properly and it was impossible to get up and down quickly. at times there was only one elevator working and it was too crowded by the time it would get to your floor. hopefully the elevators are now in working order. By car
From Miami, West Miami and the Doral area: Exit MIA northbound to 112 East. Follow the 112 East to 195 East Miami Beach. Go east over the causeway on the 195 East to Miami Beach. Follow the left lanes to Arthur Godfrey Road East. Continue east on Arthur Godfrey Road, over a small bridge (Indian Creek Drive). Turn right (southbound) on Indian Creek Drive to 30th Street. Turn left from 30th Street onto Collins Avenue. Turn left on Collins Avenue. The Palms will be on the right.
From Florida Keys, Kendall, Coral Gables: Follow the US 1 North to the Interstate 95 North. Take Interstate 95 north to 195 east (exit 4) Miami Beach. Go east over the causeway on 195 east to Miami Beach. Follow the directions above.
From Ft. Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, North Dade: Take the Interstate 95 South to 195 East (exit 4) Miami Beach. Go east over the causeway on 195 east to Miami Beach. Follow the directions above.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

Check-in: the rooms are available at any time after 4 p.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than 11 a.m. (minimum age for check-in is 21 years of age).

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Occupancy tax is not included in the price.
There is a $12.43 nightly resort fee per room which includes all local phone and toll free calls (up to 15 minutes each), HSIA wireless internet access, daily newspaper, Tai Chi classes on Tuesday mornings, and yoga on Saturday mornings.
Valet Parking not included in the price and costs $27.00 per car, per night.
Breakfast is not included in the price and costs $24.00 plus tax and gratuity per adult and $10.00 plus tax and gratuity per child (under 12 years old).

CANCELLATION POLICY
1 night room/tax will be charged to the guest’s CC upon booking.Deposit refundable less $50 fee if cancelled within 7,14,20 days of arrival date, depending on season. During Special Events,Total of the reservation room/tax will be posted to guest’s CC upon booking. Reservations can be cancelled for a $50 fee 7,14,20 days prior to arrival. Late cancellation and No Show a penalty charge of 1 night room/tax.Special Events, late cancellation is subject to a penalty charge(Total=room/tax)
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 20 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
