Circa 39 Hotel Miami Beach - Miami Beach

Yhe hotel presents very nice and original public areas. The quality of personnel is good. The rooms are quite old in terms of equipment (air conditioning, windowss, safety box) and the bathroom very small with old equipment. Good american breakfast. The hotel mainly need a restauration of the rooms. It's far from Ocean Drive (40th vs 15th x Decò District).

Excellent hotel located just 10mins from Ocean Drive where there are many restaurants and bars. Beach is 3min walk. Pool is a small. Breakfast good. Overall a very good hotel and would definitely stop there again.

The staff did not have very much class for a moderately expensive hotel. We went to the happy hour - which was advertised in poster form and recommended to us by the concierge and the staff that checked us in. When we went to the bar we were told that the happy hour prices were only for beer. We tried to order beer (in addition to mixed drinks) but were then told that 'too many people' were at the happy hour and they were told by there manager to charge full price for the drinks. I do not really care about paying for a drink, the employees just behaved in a very cheap way.

Really enjoyed! good value. only problem is that parking is tight otherwise everything was better than expected.

First of all when we arrived only one room had been reserved instead of two rooms and the receptionist said that my price was for one room and not for two. The day after they fixed everything as for my original order. Cleanliness, spaciousness were not enough. The breakfast room was really too small. No frigobar available in the rooms. When we checked out they made confusion; they debited and credited more times the amount on our credit cards. The result was that our friends' credit card was blocked.... Fortunately I had another credit card to pay my friends' invoice. I have to say that this hotel is not at the level it looks in the web page. Best Regards Marco Girlanda

Rooms are really clean and furnished in a very elegant way, but not really functional. I think guests should find a fridge in the room.

I really enjoyed the stay, first impressions were a little offputting (the red elevator and strange lighting in the hallways) but everything else was fine. I was concerned that on the website it appears that the hotel leads directly onto the beach. This is not the case, although it is just a short walk to the beach I found the website to be a little misleading.

Rooms was in bad condition and staff were not very helpful. Price quoted was not the price we paid, on arrival we were told that additional costs HAD to be paid otherwise we couldn't use some facilities normally provided free in normal hotels. We booked the hotel as on website as it indicated that it was a 4* but i would have said i was more of a 2* If we'd had paid another £10/$20 we could have stayed in a Hilon hotel just over the road and really regret not doing that.

Hôtel sympa, service attentionné en général, environnement bruyant mais quel est l'endroit à Miami Beach qui ne le soit pas, chambre ("suite" en ce qui nous concerne) peu lumineuse, voire un peu lugubre mais il ne s'agit pas d'y rester dans la journée, prévoir cordon réseau pour internet (wifi dans le hall d'entrée seulement) sinon fourni aimablement par accueil + prise courant US, la plage étant à 2 pas, petit déjeuner ok, thé à volonté dans la journée, pas trés éloigné d'Ocean drive (en voiture, 5 mn), on peut se garer dans la rue mais stockez les quarters pour le parcmètre...sinon parking gratuit dans une impasse donnant sur la plage en traversant Collins avenue, mais places trés rares à vendre...Il ne s'agit pas d'un palace mais trés bon rapport qualité/prix.

Cet Hotel est a fuir absolument!!

This hotel should not appear on Venere. It is completely over rated and we had to leave it after one very unpleasant night. A nice exemple of the way the ''Boutique Hotel'' concept is being abused in the US!!
