I stayed in this hotel two times but unfortunately also the second time I experienced the same problems. The room was clean and spacious enough, but it lack air conditioning and we were not told about that at the check in. We had various problems : the safe box didn't work during the whole staying, the internet connection was down for a whole day, and it took days to have our clothes sent to the laundry with no explanation for this delay. The restaurant was good but the staff, as we experienced many times also at the hotel, resulted to be rather unwelcoming and unfriendly. There are better and cheaper hotels located in safer areas of Mexico City. Of course, we would not return to this hotel.
