Staff were not flexible. Restaurant service was terrible, did not conduct a team work service, Restaurant appearance was poor, (carpet torn down at seems). The appeareance of lobby was run down. Elevator out service in the morning hours, we had to take the stairs 3 of the 4 days we stayed. Hotel has not ammenities to speak of Hotel Prim is not a 4 star hotel as categorize in their website.

Plaza de la Constitución, recently refurbished, very nice indeed and near from the hotel. The location is very convenient.

We spent a few days at Prim and everything was fine. Excellent quality/price ratio, convenient location (zocalo and sightseeings at 20 min walking distance, zona rosa at 10 min, metro at 5 min), quite and (just based on OUR experience!!) safe surroundings, hot water, free security box, little breakfast included in the price (as stated in the Venere.com booking details). The hotel building needs perhaps some renovation and more maintenance, but this was not an issue for us. I recommend this hotel.

Bad Hotel. Employees were clumsy and inefficient. The room was too small. The price is too expensive (in Mexico City) for the quality of service provided. Let's go to another hotel

Our room was very noisy as it was next to the elevator, in addition, there was loud singing in the lounge on friday and saturday evening that kept us awake late. The room was not vacuumed when we arrived and it was not particularly clean. The floor drain in the bathroom leaked sewer gas and we had to cover it when not in use. Overall we were not very happy with our stay.
