Hotel Prim is a city hotel in Mexico City, located right in the centre, only 2 blocks away from Paseo de Reforma Avenue and the many cultural and historical attractions that this beautiful city has to offer. The hotel lies in a very secure area, between Chapultepec Park and the Zócalo neighbourhood, only steps away from a Turibus bus stop (where buses frequently run for city tours).
The hotel location will allow guests to easily reach several airline offices, banks, embassies, Government Offices and markets, as well as to the Telmex Theatre.
Among the services offered by Hotel Prim, guests will find a 24 hour reception, laundry service, a gift shop, several fully equipped meeting a conference rooms with a capacity of up to 50 people, an Internet Point, a piano bar and a restaurant.

Bad Hotel. Employees were clumsy and inefficient. The room was too small. The price is too expensive (in Mexico City) for the quality of service provided. Let's go to another hotel

Our room was very noisy as it was next to the elevator, in addition, there was loud singing in the lounge on friday and saturday evening that kept us awake late. The room was not vacuumed when we arrived and it was not particularly clean. The floor drain in the bathroom leaked sewer gas and we had to cover it when not in use. Overall we were not very happy with our stay.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the rooms are available at any time after 10 a.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than 1 p.m.
INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Use of the Internet Point is not included in the price and costs $3.00 per hour.
Continental Breakfast included in the price until 30th October, 2009. Thereafter, breakfast will be subject to an extra charge of $3.50 per person for the Continental Breakfast and $6.00 per person for the American Breakfast.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of No-Show or late cancellation a penalty will
be charged. Venere.com does not debit your credit
card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert
your credit card details which will be sent to the

bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel.
Upon arriving at the Hotel you will be charged for your
entire stay. That is we will ask you to pay in advance
for the nights you will stay.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 1 day before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
