Staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean but small. The surrounding of hotel is industrial/commercial area. The outside optic of the hotel could be better.

The website said the restaurant would be open but it was not. As it was a Sunday night nothing else was open either. Not a good area for restaurants - mainly a trading estate. OK for overnight stop on way somewhere else. Breakfast was OK.

We stayed in Metz for one night on our way to French seaside. Staying there was the opportunity to visit the Metz itself. We stayed in a double room, which actually corresponded with our needs.

In periferia, serve l'auto per andare in centro, semplice, economico, stanza e bagno piccoli ma puliti e va bene per un paio di notti. rapporto qualità/prezzo più che suff.

I knew what to expect, having stayed in a Best Hotel near Rouen. The directions were appalling. There are actually two Auchan supermarkets in the vicinity, and we eventually found the hotel because of the helpfullness of a lady in the "wrong" Auchan. Please get this right in future

Quite outside in a suburb area. Building looks a bit run-down from outside, inside it's sober, but clean. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed in the evening due to summer vacation (strange during holiday travel period). However, breakfast was good.

Best hotel offers value for money. Rooms are small but clean and pleasant for short stay. Dinner menu is not available on the weekends and the hotel is not very close to the city center or motorways although access is reasobale.

This was the first time we used Best Hotels. The quality is fair for non luxury seekers. The hotel is closed at 22.00 hrs and opens with the key card. First time travellers might be in difficulty in case they arrive late. This aspect should be emphasized when booking.

Three female friends on an antique buying visit. We shared a triple, which held exactly 3 twin beds, the 3rd was behind a half-wall partition. The space was adequate for sleeping, which was all we needed. Room was clean. Would use again if just needed a place to sleep. We did not use the breakfast buffet as it opened after we left for the flea market.

Overall the hotel was what was expected. Low cost and very small bedroom. It was only for one night as we were passing through. I wouldn't have wanted to stay longer.

Very basic, but clean and comfortable. Rather a long walk into the centre of town. From an English point of view, some information on bus services, in English, would be useful, also some tourist maps. Good value for money. Seemed to be some good facilities for families, such as two rooms with another door closing off both rooms, thus the childrens' room door can be left open.
