This hotel is located very close to the airport. My room was spotless, spacious and the bed was comfortable. However, I was unable to get any sleep due to the noise which I could hear through my door. I had a very early flight and was unable to sleep due to the front door of the building slamming and the adjacent rooms also slamming.

We stayed 1 night in this hotel; with a family of 4 (children 9, and 12). We chose for the location - we were leaving for a cruise the following day. The kids walked in and said "WHOA!" They LOVED the winding stairs and being able to sleep upstairs!! (loft style) so our double bed was underneath but we could still supervise through the railing! Just a note: it is HOT upstairs! We flew into Marco Polo thinking we could walk (wouldn't recommend it) but, a lady at the hotel information desk called for me and within 5 minutes the shuttle (van) clearly marked with hotel name picked us up (upstairs at the departures curb). Everyone was VERY courteous and helpful!! There is a bus stop very close to the hotel but a very dangerous walk with children - busy road with no sidewalks! So, we took shuttle to the airport and used public transportation from there. The hotel was generally quiet; but remember you are next to the airport (NEVER heard planes) but people walking with suitcases all hours - bring ear plugs :)

Even if this is a design hotel and the room is spacious, I won't recommend it to nobody. There is no sound-proofing at all. We were not able to sleep. You can hear the people next room talking and their cell phone ringing! In addition, there is no restaurant in the hotel. It means you have to take a cab to go the the only restaurant of the place or go eat at the airport.

By carFrom Milan or Trieste on the A4 highway, and from the Belluno-Treviso highway: proceed towards Venice and follow signs to Tessera-Venezia/Aeroporto (Venice Airport). The hotel is located right before the main entrance to the airport, on the right hand-side.

From Venice S. Lucia railway station, take bus number 5 and get off at the stop before Venice Airport.
From Mestre railway station, take bus number 15 and get off at the stop before Venice Airport. The hotel is only 0.2 miles/300 meters from there, on the left hand-side.
