Wonderful hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Their facilities for disabled guests was the best by far that we found in all of Italy. They even printed out info for us about the accessibility of touring Venice without us asking for it. Very helpful!

The hotel was within easy walking distance of the train station or buses to Venice. It was located on a quiet street, and no attractions were nearby. Wifi was excellent in our room. Area restaurants were somewhat unimpressive. There was not much disappointing about the hotel, except that breakfast didn't appear to be properly replenished. If you were one of the later ones to arrive, you may do without some of the initial fare. Decor was up to date and the hotel was well maintained. We would gladly stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay very much! This hotel looks almost brand new and is very clean [apparently built on the site of a former warehouse and only about 2 years old] . The staff are very helpful with advice on how to visit Venice, and local restaurants should you need them. They serve a good breakfast with a wide choice. The location is good too, with the bus stop only 3 minutes walk away and the train station about 7. Venice is only a 10 minute ride away, with very regular services. There is on site secure parking with a choice of garage or courtyard, at a reasonable price. Will definitely recommend and would certainly return for another visit.

On arrival the staff took me to my room. And during breakfast the staff were serviceminded if I was in need of any kind of help. I spent one single night in the hotel on my way for Venice Airport. The hotel is in a walking distance of 5-7 minutes from the railway station and the shuttle busstop for the airport. Very convenient. As a three-star hotel it was absolutely good value for money

Nice hotel near bus and train station, Venezia not far away. Nice garden, the rooms are quite small. Many chinese families live in the area, so lots of chinese food, goods and services (try the hairdresser next door, excellent!).

HVC is well situated, an easy 15 minute bus or train ride to Venice. The staff were extremely helpful, going out of their way to make us comfortable. There is an excellent bakery close & a well stocked supermarket about 200 metres away. Parking was very good, plenty of room & cars were not crowded together. Great experience.

Hotel Villa Costanza has 30 guest rooms, all with signature bedding and climate control. Rooms provide city views.
