Hotel Villa Adele - Marghera, Mestre

Excellent, nice and quite hotel. Staff is polite, excellent hospitality. English language is spoken perfectly. I will use same hotel again whenever I visit Venice next time.

Amazing hosts and very good location. The bus stop was about a min or so from the hotel and there were lots of buses to and from Venice. The rooms were very clean, however not spacious. But thats not a problem since we used to be out the whole day. The bathroom was clean and neat, but the handshower was pretty old and needs to be replaced. Good breakfast, though it was pretty much the same on all the days. The hosts helped us with the bus tickets to the city as well as to the airport and were very helpful in giving us a lot of tips during our stay. Thank you Villa Adele for making our vacation wonderful in Venice.

Good hotel, good service, free wireless (not in all rooms yet but always in the lobby). There is parking (with payment). Breakfast bufet is served that includes many sweet things. No elevator (only 2 floors, so it's not so disturbing).

This is the second time I have stayed here and I love it. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The Hotel is close to buses to Venice. I would stay here everytime I go to Venice.

It's located in a quiet place, but we could listen to any movement in the other room Good breakfast You can buy bus and vaporetto tickets at the hotel We needed a taxi to go to the hotel from the train station and to come back, because it's not that easy if yoy have heavy luggage, but it's very close

We chose Hotel Villa Adele as our base for a 3-day visit to Venice and felt we got excellent value for money. A 3-day travel-as-you-please ticket cost €31. Bus around the corner from the hotel took us to the Grand Canal boats each day. Internet access in Hotel on their PC. Excellent Reception staff. On arrival we took taxi from nearby Mestre Station, but on leaving walked back to the Station to catch our bus to Treviso airport, served by Ryanair (less than 1 hour journey). We left at 6.30 a.m. but Hotel staff insisted on providing breakfast, even though normally they only begin serving at 7.30 a.m. No problem bringing in food in evening to have with drink from bar in the "breakfast room" or outside beer garden. But no food or kettle permitted in bedrooms. No elevator, so need to book ground floor room if stairs is a problem. Highly recommend this small modern Hotel.

Everything ok, but not the informations of the night portier. He did not know how to get back into the hotel, he did not know about it.

Great little hotel, enjoyed our stay there very much. Rooms arent big but they are clean with a good shower (with Hydromassage!). The staff are very hospitable and helpful and breakfast is basic but good. Hotel is located 20 minuts drive from Venice, there's a bus stop just outside the hotel (every 20 minuts) and the train station is also in a walking distance.

Villa Adele is one of the most charming hotels we have ever stayed at. It was conviently located, close to the train station and bus line, yet was in a quiet residental neighborhood. The staff was very professional and helpful. They recommended an excellent restaurant several blocks from the hotel. We will recommend Villa Adele to our friends and we will stay there again in the future.

Hard to find hotel, very welcoming hosts, gave excellent information about travel in Venice, breakfast a bit basic.

Pleasant hotel with helpful staff and location very convenient for public transport into Venice. We thought the room a little small and whilst there was a large wardrobe it lacked any drawer space. This could have been inconvenient if we were staying longer, but we would stay there again. It was clean, friendly and the multi-lingual staff very helpful.

The Villa Adele was a great place to end our Italy trip. The rooms were very nice, but most important was the excellent service we received. The staff arranged a taxi for us as we had a very early flight the next morning (and lots of luggage), gave suggestions for a local restaurant and even made us a cafe latte at 4:45am! The hotel is located within a 5 minute walk from the Mestre train station. It was a great (albeit short) stay.

The staff is very welcoming and helpful. However, the owner does not appear to like foreigners and can be gruff at times. His employees are extremely helpful and friendly. Room was very clean. Bathroom was pretty spacious for European bathrooms. We stayed there for 6 nights. The local bus stop is only steps from the front door, which makes travel to the islands of Venice very easy. It is on a one way road so get good directions. Overall I would highly recommend.

The hotel was undergoing a major facelift on the outside. As a result the room we were given was very nosiy due to the sanding of the outside walls. However the hotel did change our romm to one not affected by the outside noise. Work was to be completed the week after we left. The staff was vey friendly and helpful and the location was great - 1/2 half block to bus that went right into Venice. Only drawback is that there are no resturants close by.

Friendly and efficient service, clean and good value. Location allows easy travelling to surrounding areas and Venice.

A charming hotel, conveniently located to reach Venice by bus (bus stop only a few steps away). Excellent service from staff, friendly and keen to help, English and German speaking. Quiet side street with good parking in front.

The hotel was only a few yards from the bus stop for buses to Venice which arrived about every 15 mins. The ride onto Venice island was swift. At the hotel, the staff were totally charming and helpful. The rooms were very smart, clean and quiet. Breakfast was included in the price. They allowed us to leave our suitcases for a few hours after 10.00am on the final day. We would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone.

During my stay I had medical problems. The hotel staff was very friendly and helped in finding transfer to hospital etc. Next time i will surely visit this hotel when traveling to Venetia.
