Hotel Lugano - Marghera, Mestre

The hotel was very beautiful. The hotel staff was so nice. The only thing that was bad, it was that the breakfast was since 07.00 until 10.00 o'clock but at 09.45 there was practically nothing for breakfast. General Rating: 8/10 :)

There was a construction going at the same time we stayed in hotel so we could not see the public areas. But the construction did not affect the quietness of the room. The room was spacious and great, the breakfast was delicious. The staff was not too welcoming, they told us were the bus stop to go to Venice was, but they forgot to mention that on the way back it does not stop on the same street so we were lost late at night coming back from Venice to the hotel. The hotel's location is convenient, walking distance to the Mestre train station. It is easy to get to the airport from the train station using the blue bus that has the tickets office outside of the station building and goes on the good schedule.

Very bad room... far from venice... take 1 hour to go to Venice by bus.

I was in room 116 and it happens to be close to the supervisory maid's office so there was a lot of talking back and forth in the hallway all day. There is also a red employee phone in the hallway that kept ringing and ringing. There was no consideration for anyone trying to sleep. The walls are very thin and you can hear the neigbors on either side. Other than that the Hotel was nice and the staff downstairs were excellent.

Si tratta di un vecchio albergo che è in fase di ristrutturazione e "ammodernamento". La hall è un po' vecchia, ma le camere sono state ristrutturate da poco. Il bagno è abbastanza nuovo. La camera era pulita ma c'era un forte odore di disinfettante che ci è toccato aprire le finestre per cambiare l'aria. Tutto sommato il prezzo basso vale il tipo di servizio offerto e la pulizia della camera.
