Hotel Elite - Mestre

Very far from railway station , need take a bus or taxy , bus every half hour on front hotel . i no will return this hotel . breakfast not very good . is not 4 star .

Bathtub design not good for seniors or handicapped....not easy to stand in. Shower stalls are better if they are available. TV screen is so small....very dificult to see the picture....TVs are antiquated. Mariana at front desk very friendly and helpful. Breakfast excellent with good variety. Availability for hot beverages would be nice since there are no restaurants or shops nearby to get it. Nice we could buy the bus and vaporetti passes at the front desk. Hotel good for overnight or short stays.

No cumple con los servicios que ofrece. No disponen de servicio limpieza de ropa y lo peor es que les da igual. Nunca había encontrado un hotel con personal tan desagradable (parecen aduaneros rusos). Les resulta molesto que los clientes les pidan algo, tanto una indicación como un servicio. Nos hemos sentido como huéspedes molestos y eso que solamente nos hemos dirigido al personal lo mínimo imprescindible. Repito que totalmente desagradable. No merece la pena ir. La cama del niño con un colchón salido de algún almacén de segunda mano.

The airconditioning did not really work well so the room was quite hot. However it was convenient to town and a short bus ride to Venice.

I didn't get a map. Igot email directions to take bus 9 from the train statio .unfortunately bus 9 goes two directions and as it was sunday afternoon,when we got off the one bus to wait for the one going the other way itwas almost an hour. Fortunately four hookers were standing onthe corner for entertainment.Onc we got on the right bus it was easy. there is a nice town square about five easy blocks from the hotel

Elite es un hotel situado en Mestre a 10 minutos de Venecia en coche, no usamos el transporte público, Mestre no tiene mucha infraestructura, el desayuno muy pobre.

Very friendly, helpful and accomodating staff. Good location to get around to all the sites by public transport.

O hotel é muito bom com acomodações modernas e bom café da manhã. O único problema é a localização que fica a 3 km da estação de trem e longe de restaurantes.

The staff were friendly but not overfriendly. Required an extra pillow, but was not available (some people do sleep with two pillows). Some of the staff were a little restrained.

The room was sold us as an appartement, but if you want to use the kitchenette you must pay extra money for cleaning 40 euros and it is too much!

Good hotel in good location for Airport, Venice and Maestre ammenities. Balcony was very dirty and closet door broken. These were both reported but never dealt with. Breakfast buffet was very average.

Beatyfull Hotel with easy acces to Venice by the bus stop close to the hotel. English speaking staff

The hotel was of a decent standard with clean and spacious rooms and only a short bus journey away from the heart of venice.

A pretty average hotel, and if you sneak pass the guy in reception, you dont have to talk to anyone.

Clear, updated and with big bathroom. But the staff is not very inforamtive. Good if you stay long in Venice or already know how to get around. It could take an hour to the get to the famous Plaza San Macro because of the location. And the only direct transportation to venice is one bus line (every 20 min), which did stop running for a day when I am there and nobody tell me before I wait for an hour at the bus stop.

For the price it is a very very excellent place to stay. the people that worked there were very nice and it is in a very nice area

It was a bit expensive but in general ok! we know that near Venice....
