This is a pleasant hotel, conveniently located for walking/exploring the city and relatively close to the port and railroad station. The breakfast (included) was good. Reception staff congenial and accommodating.

Our stay at your hotel was very nice. There were a few things my husband and I felt would have been useful to us. In our room If there was a copy of information in English and other languages it would be helpful. On our first morning we were not sure what to do at breakfast it would be nice if someone could greet us and explain the procedure. One last thing a safe in the room for passports and other valuble items would be useful. The above comments did not spoil our stay at your hotel, we had a wonderful time in messina. A very nice surprise, the pictures shown on the net doesn´t give the truth, the truth is much better!!! The staff gets an extra credit, very informative & polite! A great stay!

Excellent hotel, luxury compared to the previous couple of days! Very clean and a fantastic shower. Stay only marred by air conditioning unit that switched itself off at 5am and we couldn't get it started again!!
