The bathroom of one room really smelt bad and there was no deodorant or a different room available. In the other room the bathroom ventilator did not switch of at all through the whole stay. When we left the personell forgot to give my ID card back and only realised it after I called and sent it so that I received it 5 days later. The tables in the breakfast room are far too near each other.

Our second visit to this hotel - no complaints. Jr. suite room was well appointed, super clean, quiet and good A/C. [But the Internet connection was not available.] Great breakfast buffet, and the bar makes terrific mojitos. Fantastic spa capabilities. Marc Klocke at reception was especially helpful after no reservation for us from Venere could be found in the hotel system. So we did not get the room location we wanted [overlooking the river and town], but Marc did a great job trying. Suggest that when using Venere for this hotel be sure to contact the hotel directly to confirm the reservation.

Room = Jr. suite on the river. Top location - town center only a footbridge away, thermal bath/sauna via underground passage - great views, quiet and spacious room, friendly staff, incredible breakfast buffet, excellent price for so many stars. A minor nit - slight disappointment to see carpet stains in hallways and room in such a new hotel [opened Spring 2006], and it was very dusty behind the TV where the Internet connection was found. Right now this new hotel address is not listed on maps or in my navigation system and we were lucky to find the access to the parking garage quickly, so you should call ahead for specific directions.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the rooms are available at anytime after 3 p.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than 11 a.m.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Parking is not included in the price and costs €16,00 per night.
Use of the thermal baths, pools, saunas and the fitness room is free of charge.
Use of ADSL Internet access is not included in the price. Details available upon request.
Pets are admitted at an extra charge of €15,00 per night.
Breakfast is included in the price.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If cancellation is done less than 1 day prior to arrival we will charge the client for the first night.
