This family-operated hotel has a special atmosphere where guests feel as if they were staying in someone's home. The staff is making every effort to meet their guests' needs. We particularly enjoyed the BBQ evening where the staff chose two other guests sitting at our dinner table that we had a great evening with. We appreciated the bicycles that were made available to us, however, not all of them were maintained in safe working order.

Excelent experience. The view from the room was espectacular. Little far from the town,althoug they could lend you a bike, the peace and quiet was incredible.

Lovely quiet hotel with helpful staff. Mountain views. Food excellent for the price. In an elegant suburb, with historic gardens and castles nearby, and a brisk twenty minute undulating walk from the heart of Merano. Car essential to explore the wider area.

We were very happy at this hotel.We brought my dog and she needed to go the vet.The orner kindly navigated us to the good vet.even during the vacation seasen.Unfoutunately we were not satisfied with dinner.But the dessert was wonderfl!And special berbecue was great!
