Perfect locastion for bus and train, and a stroll to the sea, casino and places to eat. Very good value. Proprietor very helpful

Location -- The environment around this boutique hotel is fantastic! It is located within 5 walking minutes of the Mediterranean Sea and the neighborhood is so nice. My family runs every morning, and thoroughly enjoyed our run along the sea coast toward Monaco. Staff -- Very pleasant check-in and so helpful. Room and Amenities -- room was a bit small by American standards, but probably pretty normal size for a European hotel. Price was excellent. Garage parking for 6.90 euros a night was well worth it. Did not try the breakfast for an extra 6.20 euros per person -- there are plenty of good Patisseries in the neighborhood. Very much enjoyed our stay here!

A small hotel conveniently situated but not very close to the old town. The room was small especially the bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was clean but too small for 3 adults. The bed was too small as well. However, the bathroom was clean.
