I was lost and could not find the hotel. My secretary called the hotel and the front desk person was in his car on the way home - it was after 11 PM. (I do not remember his name, unfortunately.) He turned around, went back to the hotel to wait for me and he actually found me outside in the parking lot looking for the hotel. The best customer service I ever had!!! Above and beyond the call of duty.

We only stayed for one night and the hotel was fine. We had a triple and a double room. The third bed was in the entrance hall of the room and a curtain to divide it from the rest of the room. The rooms were at the front of the hotel facing the main road so there was quite a bit of noise.
