We stayed two nights in the Chateau de Mazan with friends and we booked 2 "standars rooms" at 135 euros + 15 euros for the breakfast. We knew the rate was the lower but anyhow what a disapointement! First room was about 10 m2 and the second a little bit larger 12 m2. And the what so called "large bed" in the description is a 140 cm bed. Besides this, the parking area does not allow to get a place for each client, so do not arrive too late; seats alongsides the swimming pool are few so do come early in the morning, breakfast is normal but not unforgivable, and finally luxe appears - as the overall hotel - very cheap when you get a long dring at the swimming pool in a plastic glass.

Nous avons été très déçu par le chateau de Mazan un quatre étoiles tout de meme, la chambre réservée étant très petite nous avons opté pour une autre à peine plus grande mais plus chère, le diner était très bon mais le service non professionnel quand aux petits déjeuners désolant (buffet minimum)

From the A7 highway, exit at Avignon Nord and follow directions for Carpentras on the D942 road. From Carpentras follow signs to Mont Ventoux and then Mazan. Once in Mazan, take the first road on the right after the Town Hall and then the first road on the left.

By train
The nearest TGV railway station is in Avignon and can be reached with a 30-minute car ride.

By airplane
The nearest airports are Avignon (40 minutes by car), Nîmes (45 minutes by car), Marseille (1h30 by car), Lyon (2h30 by car) and Nice (2h30 by car).
