Nice villa with welcome personal and nice position. Car must have - to see beatiful surroundings...Big two-rooms suite in Tuscan coutnry style...Wish to visit it one more time

This place is wonderful. It was a splurge stay for us (at least three times what we were paying elsewhere in Italy for B&B or hotels) and it felt like a lot of money, but some special things can't be price comparisoned... The feeling coming through the gates and up the driveway, the views, the lighting at night, the feeling of calm, of service. Hugely recommended.

The hotel is easily reachable by the Aurelia Nuova, E80 road. Drive towards Livorno. Exit at Scarlino and follow the indications for Massa Marittima. The hotel is situated in Valpiana, 7 km before Massa Marittima.
From the north:
The hotel is easily reachable by the A12 motorway Genova-Livorno, exit at Follonica. Follow the indications for Massa Marittima. The hotel is situated in Valpiana, 7 km after Massa Marittima.

By train

By airplane
The hotel is 120 km from Pisa airport.
