Hotel Jaccarino - Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi, Massa Lubrense

We were at room n. 11, it was wonderfull the balcony and the views. We really enjoy our stay in Jaccarino, and the possibility of choosing a room with views. Thank you!

We stayed in a lovely room with beautiful sea views and spacious terrace. Food was excellent and hotel staff warm friendly and efficient.

Very difficult to find where traveling by yourself. Food quality was not what we expected!! Unfortunatly, The Chef were Scottish, not Italian!!

We had a seaview room (much better than the basical)and it was really nice. Not sure the normal rooms are equivalent quality (no view and not spacious). excellent wellcoming !

Very nice hotel well kept and comfortable stay. Room was a little small, but otherwise good. Intenet signal in room was variable and sometimes weak.

Outlook from Hotel across the bay of Naples was splendid and the hotel pool wonderful Meals were a bit basic and service laboured. We only ate there once and then went to the many splendid restaurants in Serento which is a short drive away Village at the back of the hotel handy for lunchtime sorties Rooms small and noisy if your neighbours are 'active' - two of ours were!

Very nice old style hotel. Wonderful view on the sea. But noisy at night (dogs and roosters + neighbours!). Though, excellent choice !! Hard to find !!

Everything was OK, the rooms were comfortable, the facilities, excellent; it´s a pity the cleanliness of the room didn´t coincide with the rest of the service: the windows were dirty, which made the spectacular view not so clear, unless we went out to the balcony. I found the windows downstairs also not very clean. The pool closed at 6 o´clock which was inconvenient for this period of the year, when it is still hot or warm till late in the evening and we could have enjoyed it .

The hotel is a little bit demodé, which is visible in the bathroom, although clean. Views to the sea are gorgeous, both from the room, dining-room and swiming pool. Comun areas are very good. About meals buffet is variated and good, and supper menu's real italian food well cooked, not pizzas & pastas and at a good price. The attention paid is excelent without exagerating, from everyone working there, included waiters and kitchen. The room very spacious with a confortable terrace. Parking place good. I would ask them for a internet conection in a comun area. Price was 100E at Easter, if compared with other touristic areas hotels in Italy in the same season, its a fairly good price. I went with my husband and parents, whom had stayed in this hotel five years ago. Very satisfactory stay.

Hotellage: Etwas abseits, jedoch mit schönem Blick auf Neapel und den Vesuv (von der Terrasse bzw. von einigen Zimmern). Hotelkategorie: Woher die 4 Sterne kommen ist uns ein Rätsel (Preis ist 4 Sterne - Leistung jedoch nicht). 3 Sterne wären in Ordnung. Die Zimmer sind zwar geräumig und absolut sauber, teilweise an der einen oder anderen Stelle jedoch renovierungsbedürftig. Frühstückbuffet: Sehr überschaubar. Für Minimalisten OK. Wer jedoch gerne ausgiebig frühstückt, wird mehr als enttäuscht sein. Abendessen: Unser Eindruck = Massenabfertigung (abends sind während unseres Aufenthaltes regelmässig größere Reisegesellschaften eingetroffen). Insgesamt sehr unruhig. Bis tief in die Nacht und teilweise bereits wieder ab 5 Uhr in der Früh wurden Türen geschlagen (waren leider nicht anders zu schliessen) und Koffer über die Flurfliesen gerumpelt. Man war auch immer informiert, wenn die Zimmernachbarn oder die Zimmerbewohner unter uns auf der Toilette oder in der Dusche waren usw. usw. Zu erwähnen ist noch der Hühnerstall neben dem Hotel. Ab 4 Uhr morgens war der Hahn lautstark aktiv. Wer etwas Ruhe sucht, ist in diesem Hotel falsch untergebracht.

Very impressed. Especially liked the bathrobes and slippers provided in the room. The pool was wonderful and the hotel provided towels which were available from the pool side. What more could you ask for?!
