This was the first time we have stayed at the Grand Hotel Hermitage. The service from the staff was excellent and the facilities at the hotel were good. The hotel is slightly dated but very clean, and had the feeling of a bygone era but it was comfortable resort style accommodation with reasonably priced food and drinks. We travelled with our 21month old daughter and we had a portacot set up in our room ready on our arrival. Sant'Agata is a lovely little town with a good amount of restaurants to provide choice and is only a 5 minute walk. The shuttle bus from the hotel was handy but only ran a few times a day. The hotel is on a road with regular buses to Sorrento and Amalfi coast. A great location away from busy Sorrento with breathtaking views.
