The hotel was great. The location was very good. I was very ill on my last day at the hotel. I requested some juice brought to my room, after I was told that they did not have room service, they did offer to bring the juice to me because I was too ill to come and get it myself. I really appreciate this service because I hardly could get out of bed.

A great idea for a family of 4 to book a suite: get more space et more services (desk and couch available, much more space to locate suitcases, microwave oven...) than with 2 rooms. parents(like chidren) may have their privacy using well design separation

Hôtel pour nouveaux riches qui sue la prétention, le luxe " cheap ". Petit déj fraîchement décongelé. Aucun intérêt.

Nice, Quiet and comfortable hotel. Just the breakfast is of poor quality and expensive. Need a car or to take the tramway to find a restaurant.

I was very unimpressed with the charge of the CarPark. I have been to many hotels that are connected to public car parks, but in these they supply us with a free voucher for the car park. Also the price of the Breakfast was a bit much considering what you were getting. This i opted out on as i had already paid 1/4 the price of my room on parking there. Also the receptionist was i think only new, but she didnt seem to have a clue. She should not have been left on her own as she was a bit lost.

definately recommend, there is now a tram right outside the hotel, from there you take a few stops to metro which brings you to vieux port. their website doesn't mention the tram bringing you to right outside the hotel which is a fab service, think it is just new though. first time to marseille, really nice place. hotel is fab, though not in the centre it has excellent transportation to city centre. hotel is really nice and modern. room has everything and i mean everything, you don't need to leave the hotel. bathroom, seperate toilet, microwave (food in fridges downstairs), kettle, balcony, tv, free movies, free internet, free landline calls within france, radio etc. only one thing negative, booked (what we thought) double room with two single beds but only was double, so they made up the couch as another bed. also requested new towels as used others on the beach, they said 15mins max, but never received them. only minor thing i suppose.

Hotel was very new, modern and clean. The location was good and easy to access the motorway as well as the downtown area. Limited dinning options in the immediate area of the hotel but old port area is not too far away. The hotel had no towles on the day we arrived (Sun) which was odd but rectified on the second day. We enjoyed our stay in Marseille and this hotel.

I was travelling with my husband and adult daughter - found the hotel great for everything and really spacious modern and clean. We ended up in a rather dodgy area when we venured out the first night to make our way to the Old Port but the next day in daylight it was fine - there is a tram right outside the hotel which will take you into town and close to the Old Port. I would definitely recommend this hotel - Excellent value for money.

the design of hotel is amazing but the service and the staff is under critic. They were friendly but that is all. We are still not sure how much more they charged us, their infomration system is a complete mess. If you are doing business trip do not go to this hotel!!! they do not have any business rooms, facilities, printer doesnt work. they do not have optoin to hire projectors or to make photocopy for meeting materials. They did not know how to issue invoices.... All in all we will never return to this hotel. it looks like a hotel for making love and not a business hotel. maybe its good for private travels and not for groups at all! espcially if you reseve via internet.

Let me explain the hotel, along with the Ibis Hotel (next door)was built in the old part of the waterfront shipping area. In a year or two the location will be great, right now stay away. My wife would not leave the hotel room. After some firm words, the manager let me cancel the rest of our reservation, and we moved downtown. There is not a restaurant in the hotel and area and were told we had to use the metro system to find food or eat at the hotel, their sandwhiches. The manager ended up being very helpful and helped us find a closer hotel to the tourist attractions, at higher prices, but worth it. The rest of the vacation was GREAT!!

Modern, original, good services even if it's been a bit difficult to use the internet TV remote control ! Essential : the tram station is just in front of the hotel's gate, and you'll spend only five minutes to get to the Vieux Port (30 mn sometimes with your own car + difficult to park in Marseille). one negative point : it's not obvious to park your car free beside the hotel...

Totally new property! Everything was just brand new! It is located not in the center of city (tourist attractions, restaurants, etc.) but I did not have huge problem as it is located just in front of a tram stop. Distance to old port was around 10 min tram ride + 10 min walk.

We stayed in a room for 4 people-double bed with single pull-out and single bed, which made excellent use of space. As the hotel had only been open a few days everything was brand new - our teenagers thought it was "awesome"!We found it tricky to find by car, but parking was available in a secure park adjacent to the hotel. The tram takes you from outside the hotel into Marseille and the old port. We were charged an additional 10 Euros on arrival as both children were over 12 - apparently standard practice in France(?) but not something we were told on booking through Venere. Breakfast at 12 Euros per head seemed steep and we did not partake! A good overnight halt en route for airport, ferries etc.
