I traved with my wife. I have to pay for a missundertanding about "wellcome cocktail". There was a tray with small bottle of winw I had to pay. They said the "wellcome cocktail" was offered in the Bar. No good attención. Also bad signal about the beach, far, small and expensive. The price of VENERE was the same that the Hotel offers in the DESK.

How to reach New Hotel Palace

By airplane
From Trapani Airport, merge into the SP21, turn right in Via Del Fante, turn right again in Via Isole Egadi, continue on Lungomare Boeo, then Colonnello Maltese. On Via Lungomare Mediterraneo at number 57 is located the New Hotel Palace.

From Palermo Falcone-Borsellino Airport, take the A29 highway in direction of Mazara del Vallo-Trapani, continue in direction of Trapani and take the exit Aeroporto V. Florio Birgi. From there, follow the indications above.

Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

Check-in: the rooms are available at anytime after 2 p.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than midday.
