Good place, centrally located. Staff was very helpful. Laundry service is expensive and staff seemed unable to recommend local activities like a public hammam, times local attractions were open, or a bar serving beer.

The hotel is a block away from the Railway Station and has plenty of taxis to take you to the modern shopping area, the Jardin Majorelle or the Medina / Square for around 20 Dhs. The rooms were beautiful,quiet and spacious. The staff in the coffee shop went out of the their way to help. Front Office was a bit lethargic, that could be because we stayed during the Ramadan fasting time. We used the Hammam Spa which even though was clean and reasonable price wise, was not as good as we had experienced else where. The products used during the Hammam were of good quality but felt like some steps were skipped. The Staff outside the Main door hailing taxis and helping with directions deserves a promotion and a raise.Overall great VFM and made our last days in Morocco absolutely memorable.

They didn't have my reservation from Venere, but I got a suite which was very big and nice.
