This is not really up to 5 star standard. Our sheets were not clean on arrival, the reception staff were rude and really couldn't be bothered to answer questions, especially male staff. The service at breakfast was appalling, no tables were cleared and if they were they were left with soiled tablecloths. There seemed plenty of staff, they were just not trained effectively. I would not stay here again.

Room Details
Hotel KenziFarah provides 387 spacious and soundproofed guest rooms, from which 10 suites, each including a private bathroom with bathtub, hair-dryer and separated toilets. All of the accommodations feature state-of-the-art amenities, such as individually controlled air-conditioning, direct dial phone, satellite TV, mini-fridge, electronic safe and wireless Internet access in most of them. Besides 70 rooms also come equipped with a balcony overlooking the garden.Rooms for disabled people and non-smoking rooms are also available.
Please note that: babycots are available on request and need to be confirmed. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. The maximum capacity for babycots in a room is 2.
