When we arrived, the receptionist did not seem to have my booking on record and insisted that I was someone else. We were then told he could "find us a room". And, boy, what a room! It was small, dirty and trapped in a time warp! What awful furnishings. The bathroom was not very clean and looked very very outdated. We did not stay the night and had to look for an alternative hotel. This hotel needs a serious refurbishment. The photos posted on Venere are very misleading.
