We had to wait 20 min to check in because the staff was occupied with another guest having problem with the water and aircondition in his room.The restaurant was not open for the season yet(we came the 17th of june)and the pool was not in use yet either.

Arrived very late (almost midnight). Reception were very friendly even at that time. Free parking at the hotel. Bedroom was very spacious and clean. Breakfast had good variety, although was not exceptional. Hotel a little tricky to find, so have a good map. Marino a lovely area too - would definitely consider visiting again.

The name "Grand Hotel" and 4 stars normally indicate a higher standard than provided by this Hotel. Many facilities were closed: Swimming pool, Bar, Restaurant. Price / value relationship not really given. It should not be named Grand Hotel...
