Check-in: the rooms are available at any time between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than noon.

Garage parking is subject to an overnight charge of CZK 270.00 (about €10,00).
Children up to 12 years old stay free of charge, if sharing a bed with 2 adults.
Extra beds are charged €20,00 for the low season, €25,00 in the mid season, and €30,00 during the high season.

You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 2 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
