When I booked the room I asked for a baby cot for my 2-years-old daughter. It was not in the room. I asked for it. At first they told me that I did not ask for it when I booked the room. I demonstrated that I did and then they told me that they do not have baby cots and that my wife, my daughter and me had to sleep in the same bed. After some discussion they told me that they will have a baby cot the following day. Finally, I got a baby cot in 10 minutes. There is not air conditioning. I think that a 4-star hotel must have air conditioning if temperature is 38 degrees Celsius.

Rispetto ad uno standard italiano, quest'albergo rientra a maggior titolo nella categoria 3 stelle. Il prezzo è adeguato al servizio offerto, camere di ampiezza e pulizia accettabile, buono il servizio colazione. Ottima la posizione per visitare la città, nonchè l'offerta possibilità di parcheggio.

Accommodations also offer comfortable king-size beds with soft cotton bed linen, pillow menu with a choice of 10 kinds of pillows (filled with natural materials such as spelt or goose down): orthopedic pillows made from latex, medical and hypoallergenic pillows as well as pillows for sweet dreams.
The property also has non-smoking rooms.
