If you want a very mediocre hotel with unhelpful, rude service, a minimalist breakfast, and a total lack of character, and the price of a four star hotel, then in my opinion this is for you. At around 120 Euro for a night, you would get better hotels than this just about anywhere else in Europe. Then there is the free internet, which isn't free, you need to pay 6 Euro for an internet cable, and oh yes, you also have to pay to get an ironing board and other basics. And in case you want to use the spar and swimming pool it is just 3Km away! In my opinion this hotel feels more like a hostel than a hotel, with nothing pleasant or stylish about it at all, certainly nothing more than a 2 star hotel, yet the prices indicate something very different.

We arrived by car and this hotel was extremely hard to find. It is actually located in an area that you cannot drive into without a pincode to lower the bollards so you need to park and walk to the hotel to get this information. None of this had been made obvious before our arrival. The rooms were of a good quality as was the breakfast. Some of the reception staff could have been a little friendlier.

Hôtel correct. Chambres propres. Quelques reproches cependant : - la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas, il faisait très chaud la nuit - la fenêtre ne fermait pas correctement, du coup il y avait du bruit le soir et tôt le matin

Gros problèmes d'accès parking à cause d'un code défectueux provoquant pertes de temps pour nombreux résidents. Assez bon hotel mais personnel peu aimable et disponible.

Excellent hotel, recently renovated with quite and confortable rooms. Location in the pedestrian area with private parking. Excellent price / quality ratio.

Isolation between rooms can be better. It is not so nice to wake up at night because of a noisy sleeper in the adjacent room

The hotel should have reminded me at arriving that Terme Maribor belongs to Orel and is in- cluded in the price !
