At the second evening at 9:30 pm a new arriving guest opend with an electronic key - which he had just received at the check-in - my apartment-door and started to enter ...... He left, and nobody informeded me what he will do with the key of my apartment. I had to arrange to get a new key .... There was no excuse from the management up to now, which I informed via the "guest-letter"...
