Hotel Yacht Club - Marciana Marina

Small sized hotel but it's good.

The hotel was as described. he staff weere most helpful. The rooms were good . They had met my three requests for double, bath, and view of the sea excellently, though because the hotel is on a side street by the marina the view was only possible by looking over the balcony. The apartments which I looked at are even better value. Marciana Marina is also the nicest town on Elba. The harbour and sea front are delightful

It is a very nice hotel located at a very nice place, very close to the quite nice beach, just across the street. There is even no point to change! There are lots of good restaurants around with a great selection of food, and even 7 min from a supermarket. Enjoyed very much the hotel! It is 4 star hotel according to the service (+ good English), nice bathroom, and quality of rooms. Very good breakfast, but Italian one, which means no eggs but there was a selection of ham and some cheese, lots of nice sweets, including home backed. Personal is very friendly and very helpful. Since the hotel is not very big, the personal have time to take care of all the customers. The view from the room was to a small Italian street, not to the sea, but what a point if the sea is just 50 meters away? Rooms, in general, are not noisy, but, sometimes, I could hear a shower from the room above. I think it is a very romantic place for a reasonable price with a good quality. We'll definitely come back there!

HYC was excellent. The staff was so friendly and helpful when we had questions. The room was nice, clean, and had good air conditioning. Breakfast was good as well. I would definitely reccommend HYC to anyone wanting to visit Marciana Marina.

We had a wonderful stay at the Yacht Club hotel. Located just 1 block inland (no sea view) from the marina at the torre end of the harbor--one of the closest hotels to the best snorkeling area in MM. The staff was terrific about responding to all of our pre-stay e-mails, and once we arrived their hospitality made our stay wonderful--super competent, polite, welcoming, and ALWAYS smiling! Plus, the AC in the room was blissfully cold. Good sized room and spotless. A great place to stay.

When we arived we paid extra for underground parking, but the internal garage door would not lock. We enjoyed our stay. We were close to the waterfront and walking distance to many resturants.

Great place to stay. Never had better breakfast in Italy then there.
