hotel well located near two good restaurants where we had a nice dinner. At El Timonel we tryed an excellent "pescado" and at La Veranda we can suggest the famous "Paella". The facilities of the hotel are good and the environment for the breakfast is quite pleasant.

This place was a great!! Small but clean and the hotel staff was very accomodating. The location was ideal and only a 15 minute walk from the beach, about 15 minutes from "Old Town" and the bus stop was about a block away. There is also a supermarket across the street as there is a small refrigerator in the room, and, our room had a balcony. And the pool had a gorgeous view!!

About 4 blocks from the beach in the centre of Marbella, represents excellent value. Next door to a supermarket and a fridge in the room! A basic place to stay but you're not wanting to be in your room much when in Marbella

Free parking. Excellent location if you have a car. Advertised internet but the only "employee" that was present (the father) did not understand the internet so I could never log on with my own computer. He let me use the hotel desk computer. I would never consider staying anywhere else if I was going to the same area.

El recepcionista muy mal educado. ´Cuando reclamamos por el parking nos dijo que no tenía plazas disponibles. Que la agencia miente no solo en eso sino en muchas cosas mas. Mientras yo uscaba un sitio para aparcar el auto no permitió el ingreso de mi mujer al cuarto, aún dejando los pasaportes y las tarjetas en su poder. Un desastre.

Reception Staff, could have been more friendly.Maybe they could smile at least once a day.

In the web page they say they have the parking, but when we arrived they told us that they have just 7 places in the parking area and they were all full! I've chosen this hotel also for the parking, but we found a lot of difficulties to find a parking in the city..

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anybody. The bedroom was very basic. The air conditioning unit in the bedroom was old and extremely noisy. You could not switch it off unless you kept all the lights off as well. The pool area was most unattractive with no poolside bar or service of any kind. The breakfast and breakfast area was appalling. It was more like a youth hostel than a hotel. The reception area was the best part of the hotel and gave unwitting guests false hopes when entering the building.

I have stayed in better and worse ,i don't think i would stay here again,as i found the staff quite unwelcoming, two out of six were polite and helpful.the lady who ran the breakfast area was always very cold and unapproachable

Nice hotel and staff. Furnishings and room were very basic and there was a nice balcony. Walls were a little thin. Convenient to beach and supermarket was right across the street. Rooftop pool was spectacular. Clean and very nice views.

The rooms are quite basic, but clean and reasonably spacious. The location is good, 5 minutes from the beach and the old town. Overall, good value for money.
