Hotel H10 Andalucía Plaza - Marbella

Had a first class stay at this hotel. We were in the section that had not been refurbished - but could not fault it. Very good bathroom accesories - toothbrush and paste - sewing kit - razor and soap - comb - plus all the normal.

I stayed at this hotel in 2006 and remember it being excellent then and this visit was no exception. The location of the hotel, rooms, cleanliness of the hotel in general, food, pool, and pool bar are excellent (service can be a little slow however when the pool is busy). The breakfast (which was included in the price of the room) was probably the best that I have experienced (my friend who I was with said the same) all in all a lovely hotel and being a frequent visitor to Marbella I will be staying here again.

Good hotel, standard quality breakfast

Great stuff, real value for money with the upfront non-refundable rate. Rooms a little worn (stayed in the right hand wing as you're looking from entrance), I understand some of the rooms have been done up but not ours. Was still good though, and lots cheaper than some other inferior hotels in inferior locations in Spain. Lobby has the feel of a bit of real class (though the clientele not quite). Weekend came lots of stags and hens and always the ubiquitous groups of golfers. Usually middle aged, British, loud and obnoxious. Pool area is great, and very near to Puerto Banus via private back door. Breakfast copious and included,buffet fare so no greater than can be expected

After a 3 week stay in Spain, we booked this hotel the last night i Marbella. Very nice hotel with an marvelous breakfast with Champagne and a buffet bigger than I ever seen. But everything is very expensiv, and the pool bar is nothing to talk about. But overall I would like to come back.

We had a splendid stay for 4 days, and enjoyed it verry much. Did not know this region of Spain before we came. But we will return soon. Don't miss the beaches 500 m from the hotel. Great hotel !!! There is a fantastic breakfastbuffet.(It was included in our roomprice.) Easy to get around, the taxiplace is outside the hotels entrance.We recomend it to our friends. This stay was perfect for our son (16) too.

There was no minibar in the room even though there was a little closet for one! Also, given the price was quite good, I suppose, for the hotel, location, and high season, we were given a rooom with a view to a horrible looking generator. AS long as we kept the curtain closed it was alright! But not the greatest view... Great pool for the kids!!!

Very disappointed. Hotel distribution very odd, 10 minute walk from room to reception. Heated pool not heated, jacuzzi no bubbles, both broken. Maid hoovering outside room at 9am on Sunday. Most definitely not worth the money or status.

Hotel is convenient for Puerto Banus for those that want to go there in the evening. Clean and functional. Good value for money.

Great for the money. Long corridors. Breakfast didn't start until 8am which seemed late but hey it's Spain! eaily walkable for Puerto Banus but be careful in the underpass! Make sure you take the right lift for your room.

The roomsa were small but well fitted out, the bathroom and the hallways were very tired. Not somewhere i would want to spend 2 weeks holiday but fine for overnight. The breakfast was excellent with the best buffet selection I have seen in a long time.

Just make sure to have room with pool side view and in the new renovated building. the attached casino is wast of money and time. it is distanced to the city centre, you need a car if you are going to stay out after 12 midnight. housekeeping staff are great but front-desk staff are too busy therefore not friendly faces.

This is an hotel I would happily return to. It is easily accessible, a 10 minute walk to Puerto Banus andhas lots of amenities. I did not use the dining room for dinner but the breakfast is an excellent presentation of all a guest would wish for. The staff are efficient and courteous. At the price I paid for a single room (€68 per night for B&B) it was excellent value. Well worth it's 4 star rating.

I was in Marbella 3-4 times and haven't seen such a bad hotel as H10 Andalucia Plaza. Puerto Banus which is supposed to be the city for rich guys is nothing else as a harbour for big yachts and Ferrari's. There is no restaurant or bar where you could take your women wearing Gucci or Valentino stuff!

The room was small (double room) with paper walls. The bathroom was in full view from the street, inline with the queuing taxis (not especially appreciated by the female participants of our party). The room was clean though, and the location was good (easy to get to by car and only a short walk to Puerto Banus centre with shopping and nightlife). The service provided by the staff was excellent.

Fabulous hotel, great facilities, would definately go back again.

My two friends and I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. It was difficult finding a decent triple in hotels in Spain, however, H10 Andalucia had such a huge suite for us! The location of the hotel is great, too. There are a couple of good restaurants across the parking lot and the beach is only minutes away via a pedestrian tunnel to get you across the busy road. When the water at the beach was a bit too cold for us, we always had our pool at the hotel! I would love to come back to Marbella and I would stay here again. We enjoyed our balcony from our room, cabs are readily available, and the staff is comfortable in either Spanish in English. Such a reasonably-priced hotel--overall great value!

Seek a hotel closer to the sea and away from the very noisy auto route that is immediately next to this hotel. This hotel actually charged additional fees (6 Euro) for the use of their hot tub. Tables surrounding the breakfast buffet had small notices posted that warned diners that their room will be charged if they remove food from the buffet. I guess eating a fruit upon leaving the buffet area would be very costly.

Location could not be found on any online map, however when found locally it was easy to access hotel in an out of hwy. We will return again.

Lovely stay here. Rooms excellent and v. v. clean. Sheets changed on 2nd day of 4 day stay. Hotel staff friendly. Bit pricey for food beside pool (toasted sandwiches from 9 euro). 2 restaurants 2 mins away from from door of hotel (turn left). Very central, taxi rank 1 minute away from main entrance. Pool area very nice with ample beds. Would definitely recommend this hotel, very enjoyable stay.

I was unhappy with the first room - i was offered a much better room a junior suite instead of a double for the same price.
