The hotel needs some new ideas. Tea or coffee facility in room. Newspaper delivered eachday. English T.V. channels. Sunlounger on blacony. Happy hour wants to be renamed and there should be a proper 2 for 1 not just some cocktail one has never heard of. Dogs barkiing at back of pool area. Children playing football around pool! Room bar far too expensive. Nobody participates in daily activities.

I'm 20 and i travelled with my small family, the interaction with staff was good and the cleanlinesss in general was excellent... but i think that this hotel would perfectly correspond to people who are between 30-80 years old because there isn't any animation for young people... not even music at the swimming pool area... however, the spa and the fitness were quite good, even if it is not so much equipped. concerning food, the breakfast is included in the price, and it was always excellent. but lunch and dinner at the hotel is very expensive. the location of the hotel is paradisiacal: the are a golf and the beach all around the hotel. in brief, il would be a perfect club if there was ANIMATION ... it would certainely attract more young people !

I attended my sisters wedding which was amasing. The staff could not have been more helpful and the food was magnificant,the hotel is fabulous aswell as the surroundings. The hotel is ideal for foreign weddings. I would definatley return to this hotel but as I am only in my 20's I would only stay for 1 night for some pampering as the hotel is to far away from the nightlife in puerto banus.

The Golf Hotel Guadalmina was really really poor in terms of service. I had a really unfriendly experience. They checked me into an occupied room and then told me it was my fault. I could not believe it. I then was checked into a room with water flooded all over the floor. When I asked for a new room they said they did not have any more and that meant that the engineer and housekeeping were in my room until after midnight. The staff in the hotel reception were really rude, very unprofessional, and basically horible. I was going to insist on my money back for the first night but did not want to spend another 5 minutes with the reception desk.
