Very difficult to find with 2 hotels the same name and hidden behind trees. Hotel was very nice in a lovely beach location. Staff were so slow, reception was a joke, said they would park our car, one hour later we are still waiting for bags, car not moved and porter refused to drive it. Underground carpark so tight to drive around. Food OK. Beds lovely. Breakfast on patio smashing as sun was out but had to phone twice as it was so late. Nothing nearby, only one little supermarket (remember passport if not paying in cash) no restaurants nearby. Evening entertainment quite nice and big screen tvs for sport. Directions on internet very misleading, just look for the 24hr medical centre directions, its next door. trees outside hide the hotel name and then it is impossible to turnround. Enjoyed the stay overall

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.
INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Parking is not included in the price and costs €10,00 per day.
Use of the safety deposit box is subject to a daily charge of €3,25.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of no show or late cancellations we will charge one
night on your credit card.
During august and on Easter period it will be charged all
the amount of your stay.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 2 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
