Wi-fi in rooms is advertized as free, but does not work. Locks on doors to rooms do not work. I had to change rooms because I was mistakenly put in an employee's room. The staff is friendly, but not competent. Breakfast is poor.

Non eccellente, purtroppo. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo chiesto la possibilità di avere un posto nel parcheggio dell'hotel ma ci è stato detto che era tutto occupato. Per fortuna siamo riusciti a posteggiare la macchina non molto lontano in strada. La stanza per fortuna era ampia e di per sè molto tranquilla. I materassi buoni. Si sentivano molto però i rumori degli altri clienti. L'aspetto più negativo è stato il bagno, piccolo, la doccia davvero antiquata e scomoda. L'asciugacapelli non funzionava e neanche l'aereazione. Sgradevole. La colazione sarebbe stata buona se non fosse stato che l'impiegata addetta al servizio, quando siamo arrivati stava già sparecchiando e molti dei cibi sul buffet erano stati portati via. L'orario per la colazione prevedeva quel giorno (13 aprile) il servizio dalle 8:00 alle 11:00. Noi siamo arrivati intorno alle 10:00. Lo abbiamo fatto presente anche perchè continuavano ad arrivare ancora altri ospiti ma lei è andata in cucina senza tuttavia rimediare. Altra esperienza spiacevole: al momento di andare via mentre il direttore ci suggeriva dove andare a mangiare l'impiegata a cui avevamo dato i soldi in contante ci ha restituito la ricevuta senza il resto. Il costo della stanza era 93,00. Le avevamo dato € 100,00. Presi dalle indicazioni forniteci dal direttore non ci abbiamo badato. Ce ne siamo accorti purtroppo quando eravamo già in visita a Palazzo Te ma non ci siamo preoccuparti perchè dovendo ritornare in Hotel a ritirare il bagaglio avremmo potuto dirlo ed avere i soldi del resto. Non è stato così. L'impiegato di turno al momento non ne ha voluto sapere. Non è stato affatto disponibile.
