I payd to much for this room, other people had an offer from Hofer Reisen, an payd less than we did. There was no beach! 200 meters to lake garda was not correct! (400 ok)

We spent one week of our holidays at Amethyst, and we were very satisfied with it. The Hotel is very new (Opened in July 2008 I think). The people working there are really nice, some with difficulties in speaking other languages than italian. The next village is about 1.5 kilometers away from the hotel (Moniga del Garda). There is no access to the beach of lake Garda for the hotel - the next public beach is about 2 kilometers away. The rooms are very big, clean - the only disadvantage was the lack of international tv channels in the room. Internet-rates in the room are affordable, you can borrow a Ehternet Cable at the desk and plug it into your Notebook.

By car
Highway A4 - exit Desenzano - following Salo' direction - after the centre of Moniga del Garda turn into Via San Sivino,
take second left Via dei Riali, keep left straight to the Hotel.
With GPS you have to write the following address: Via della Valle, Moniga.

By train
Desenzano Railway station bus to Moniga Centre

By airplane
Highway A4 - exit Desenzano - following Salo' direction - after the centre of Moniga del Garda turn into Via San Sivino,
take second left Via dei Riali, keep left straight to the Hotel.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.
