A continental and a full English breakfast are served in the restaurant from 7 a.m. to 9.30 a.m., Monday through Friday, and from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. on the weekends.
The continental breakfast consists of a selection of fruit juice and cereals, fruit segments, yoghurt, coffee, hot chocolate, tea or fruit herbal teas, a choice of cold meats and cheese, toast, croissant and Danish pastries.

although close to m.e.n. arena wouldn't stay there again rooms especially the bathroom very small and poky. also the continental breakfast was terrible the only good thing was the toast, tinned fruit no choice of yogurt stale pastries. Room above front entrance very noisy with people going outside for a smoke till very late.

They really need to change the name of this hotel to Stay Out. Tiny rooms -- the shower is so small, you literally cannot turn around -- and, with the exception of the night staff, poor service. We stayed two nights and housekeeping didn't even make up our room the second day we were there. The shower was non-functional until the night manager came to the room with tools and fixed it. The shower curtain smelled of mold. The British seem to have a much lower standard when it comes to accommodations than what we expect in the States, but Stay Inn was poor even by those standards. Find other accommodations if you can.

How to reach Stay Inn
By car
Follow the signs for the M602 and join the motorway. Proceed up to end of the motorway where you will find a roundabout. Turn left into Albion Way (past a Toyota garage). Reach the end of the road and at the T-junction turn right into the A6. Continue down this road for about 1 mile (1.5 km). On the left you will see a pub called The Old Pint Pot. Turn left into this road and continue to the end. At the T-junction turn right into Blackfriars Road. The hotel is situated on the right-hand side, about 400 metres further along the road. Turn right into the hotel car park, just before the traffic lights.
