Good hotel with basic but clean rooms. Staff very helpful and friendly. Would stay again - great location for attending MEN

Although close to m.e.n. arena wouldn't stay there again rooms especially the bathroom very small and poky. also the continental breakfast was terrible the only good thing was the toast, tinned fruit no choice of yogurt stale pastries. Room above front entrance very noisy with people going outside for a smoke till very late.

Excellent location for the city,secure on site parking a bonus.Staff all very helpful and pleasant,would definatly use the hotel again.

They really need to change the name of this hotel to Stay Out. Tiny rooms -- the shower is so small, you literally cannot turn around -- and, with the exception of the night staff, poor service. We stayed two nights and housekeeping didn't even make up our room the second day we were there. The shower was non-functional until the night manager came to the room with tools and fixed it. The shower curtain smelled of mold. The British seem to have a much lower standard when it comes to accommodations than what we expect in the States, but Stay Inn was poor even by those standards. Find other accommodations if you can.
