The welcoming from the reception staff has been really poor. They seemed annoyed and gave us just few information on request. Breakfast is below the average. It is well located for Manaus and the rooms are very spacious

The Hotel St. Paul is located conveniently near the Opera House in downtown Manaus. But during my stay the air conditioner went out, the electricity went out, the internet was down, the staff neglected to renew water and snacks in the frigobar, and the staff left dirty dishes in the room. Some of this may be attributed to being in Manaus and not the fault of the hotel (presumably the electrical outage). But the staff is poorly trained. And the restaurant in the hotel is sub-standard.

These beautifully decorated accommodations have been designed with your comfort in mind, and boast chic interiors, comfortable furnishings, and city views. Ample space, welcoming beds and charming paintings give the rooms a homely ambience, and complimentary wireless Internet access is available for additional convenience.All accommodation is air-conditioned and has a useful kitchenette with a fridge, minibar, cookware, dishware, and cooking utensils. A 42-inch LCD TV with cable channels provides a little light entertainment, when you fancy a night in from the evening attractions of the city of Manaus.
Private bathrooms are equipped with a shower, complimentary toiletries, and a makeup/shaving mirror.
