first of all, the location was difficult to find. it took us hours to get there and many stops to ask for directions. second, it is not a hotel-- it is like flats/apatments or suites-- 5* decor and cleanliness, but NOT a hotel! Third,the staff was incompetent. we booked for the 2nd of sep, but they insisted we booked for the 1st and wanted us to pay for it as well regardless of the confirmation booking email we had printed out! In addition, management was not available when needed it in early morning for resolving problematic check-in/out. Finally, while checking out, the porter was with us in the suite waiting to close the lights!! Good but i won't stay there again- sorry :(
