For the price we knew this would not be top quality, but we hoped for a smaller, older family establishment. Looked good from outside, easy to find, yet the doors were locked and noone there. The sign on the door did not fully explain to check in with the sister hotel. Initially left us thinking we needed to find other accomodations. Many people were confused. The sister hotel was very helpful, especially in speaking very good English. They gave details of riding bus to Venezia but we had problems locating the book store. Room was adequate, nice neighborhood, but needs better cleaning in the bathroom (bleach would help with the mold.) Overall for price was ok. We would have liked staff at location. Breakfast not very good.

the employees where not really welcoming, and didn't all speak english german or french, so as we can't speak italian, it was a problem. the hotel wasn't the one we reserved but anotherone,which was 300meters far from the first one.

By carFrom the highway coming from Padua, exit at the pay-toll right after Dolo-Mirano and keep right. Get to the Rotonda Romea Roundabout and then take the first road on the right which is S.S. 309, towards Ravenna. Keep going towards signs for Ravenna, you will reach another roundabout, and then spot a sign for Malcontenta. The hotel is located on this street.
