Great hotel, lovely view from our room of Malcesine and the castle.All the staff could not have ben more friendly and welcoming, especially liked the availability of drinks, snacks, light meals in the bar area; a bonus in what is a small hotel.

Rated general review lower for the reason that there is no air conditioning in the rooms and it was unbearably hot. Otherwise great hotel with wonderful views.
