Our room was number 1, next to the reception, and you could listen the phone, elevator, everthing, it was very noisy and hard to have a rest. Walls are like paper. The best, the staff, very friendy and nice.

Female hotel staff not welcoming - in fact seemed annoyed each time we headed out for anything because they kept the front door locked and had to open it each time we returned. Also seemed annoyed when we asked for basic information like ''where's the nearest banco mart'. Things got noticeably friendlier and more relaxed when the male staff took over. Walls between rooms very thin - we could hear the family next door putting their children to sleep. The place was impeccably clean - smelled like laundry detergent. While it didn't have much charm, for the money paid it wasn't bad.

Hi, this is a really good value option to be so close to the city centre, additional information that would be useful to the visitor is which bus stop to ask for when arriving from the air port and little map showing the route to the hotel from the stop, also only from the reviews was it clear that the hotel was on the upper floor of a block, a photo showing the outside sign would be good and the door entrance on the side street, you could also add that the hotel staff will see you enter at this door though CCTV and will be waiting for you. Having said the above, we found it quite easily but for some it could be a bit dauntingI know a taxi is an alternative but it is only 2 euros on the bus. We had two nights in a double room and had a great time in Malaga, (could also add that the hotel is staffed and open 24 hours so when you come home in the early hours its no problem!)

No public areas in the hotel whatsoever. But what take everything down was a particular guy that worked the last days of our stay. The personal was generaly stif and unfriendly, but this guy was exceptionally inhospitable. When we was going to check out the guy was really very incompetent: he was sighting, and showing how much work it was for him when I asked for a recipie for the amount we paid. Loooking in all papers there was under the desk. Then he gave me an factura. He even told me "not to shout" when I asked him why he gave me this instead of the proper paper. It´s seems like he was stressed up by not knowing what to do. He was really unpleasant.

They have to do something about the curtains interfering with being able to close the door to the bathroom -- otherwise, it's a nice facility.

The hotel, which is situated in the 8th storey of a business block,is well situated, near the old town of Malaga. The room we had was adequate, comfortable enough, although the bathroom was tiny.

The hotel is good, very near to the citycentre. The hotel is on the 8the floor of a building. Malaga is a nice city. The casillo de Gibralfaro gives a beautifal sight on Malaga and don't forget Picasso!

I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff were more than a 10. The location is fantastic for anyone wanting to visit Malaga and go around on foot. The bus to and from the airport drops off and picks up at the end of the road. I must say FANTASTIC stay, thank you very much
