Although I mistakenly reserved a single and a triple instead of 2 doubles the staff acommodated us very kindly on a very busy weekend. The rooms were large, clean, with TV and ceiling fans and both had large balconies and large bathrooms - it was very comfortable and we were sorry to leave. A two minute stroll from the beach, the hotel was clearly signposted from the main road and even had private parking for our huge car! Breakfast was also great - I would highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Hotel was difficult to find when arriving by car. Car park leaves a bit to be desired, but parking is understandably sparse in this area. Breakfast is typical European fare. Room was a bit cramped for a triple; would be ok as a double. Furniture was quite outdated and worn. No air conditioning and could not leave window open due to street noise. After returning from a day at the beach, there was no hot water. After 30 minutes and several phone calls, still no hot water. We checked out a day early. 5-minute walk to the beach. Beach was disappointing with so many rocks and garbage floating in the water. 15 Euros to access a private beach; most we've paid anywhere in Europe. Overall, we got what we paid for. 80 Euros for a triple on the Amalfi Coast.

Hotel carino e senza pretese. l'hotel è pulito e comodo anche se ospitando scolaresche è troppo rumoroso, per questo non è la soluzione ottimale per week end romantici o di relax. Facile da raggiungere in auto ma il paese non è perfettamente e velocemente collegato con i mezzi pubblici. Colazione continentale, buona ma con poca scelta.

How to reach Hotel Torre di Milo

By car
From the north, take highway A3 until Vietri sul mare, or highway A30 to Salerno. Continue along the SS 163 costiera amalfitana road, following the indications to Maiori and then to the hotel.
From the south, follow highway A3 until Vietri sul mare and then the SS 163, following the indications to Maiori and then to the hotel.

By bus
The Salerno bus service leaves every hour from the railway station.
From Rome there is also a bus service to Maiori from Tiburtina bus terminal.
Furthermore Marozzi bus service connects Maiori to Amalfi, Naples airport and Naples central railway station.

By ferry
There are ferries and hydrofoils leaving from the Molo Beverello pier in Naples and from piazza della Concordia in Salerno (close to the railway station), going to Amalfi, and then to Maiori.

By airplane
Naples Capodichino airport is a 90 minute drive to Maiori. It is also possible to take the Marozzi bus to the hotel.
