Hotel Residence San Pietro - Maiori

It was a long 600m walk from the waterfront to S. Pietro and we didn't realise they would have picked us up from the bus stop! When we got there the hotel was very nice and the staff welcoming. The only comment I would make was that we were nearly the only people in the hotel (in June) and the breakfast staff (one in particular) basically just stood and watched our every movement and mouthful! But on the whole a nice place which met our expectations.

We stayed in the San Pietro for 2 nights and then moved to a Five star hotel in Ravello for a wedding and then back to the San Pietro. And in comparison we enjoyed the San Pietro just as much, it was clean, fresh, friendly, the food was fantastic, staff were extremely helpful and smiley (which always makes a difference). As for the price and quality I don't think you could get better from the Amalfi coast. The hotel is a very easy 5 minute stroll from the beach and main thoroughfare, and probably a good thing if you go for dinner along the seafront! Also there is secure free overnight parking which was great as we had hired a car for the week also. I would highly recommend this hotel, we very much enjoyed our relaxing stay at this hotel.

I found the hotel to be very friendly, clean and the staff helpful. I would certainly recommend this hotel to friends and family and would definitely consider staying there again.

Would definitely stay here again the next time I go to the Amalfi Coast!

excellent hotel. we spent 6 nights (half board)there as part of our honeymoon. the room was clean and spacious. Staff was extremely friendly, especially the waiters in the restaurant. Only issue was that during our stay, there was a large group of american tourists who got up around 6.30am every morning and made a lot of noise in the hall.

We thoroughly enjoyed our summer holiday at this hotel. ALL the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The bar staff went out of their way to make our tea and coffee just as we like them and the breakfast waiters greeted us enthusiastically every morning and gave great service. The reception staff equally always had a smile and spoke to us every day. This added greatly to our overall enjoyment of visiting this beautiful part of Italy. Thank You San Pietro!

Lovely hotel. A little walk up the hill but not too far. Excellent facilities and the room was very quiet, would have been happy to stay for more than one night at this hotel.

It was a relief to get into the deep swimming pool after sightseeing in Pompeii.There is also a smaller splash -pool for younger children. The hotel offers excellent value and has helpful staff. Maiori is a lovely seaside town with some excellent restaurants.The room needed a makeover but was very big and clean. ( we had a family suite for 4). And it was excellent value. Great Cappuccino.

Very nice modern hotel. An easy walk down the main street to the beach and shopping area. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We were pleasantly surprised at the excellent quality of the service, the cleanliness of the room, the super modern bathroom with futuristic shower and massage heads. Thank you to the front desk for the excellent service, to the attendants of the dinining room for their excellent service in the morning for complete breakfast.

Rather 3 star than 4 star hotel. Our room was quite small, equipment a bit archaic and towels of poor quality. Breakfast nothing to shout about. However, staff was perfect and location just excellent. The town is really pitoresque and a great base for exploring the coast.

We really enjoyed our 2 week stay at the San Pietro. The people were friendly and helpful and the hotel facilities were excellent. We found it a great base for exploring the Amalfi coast. The hotel is quiet and 5/10 minutes walk from the town centre, however, we would have no hesitation in recommending it to you.

Everybody was wonderful..All the waiters,reception staff and not forgetting the cleaning lady.We really had an enjoyable stay so much so that we've decided to get married in Maiori next year so we will be back!! Look forward to seeing everyone again.

The quality of the hotel doesn´t correspond to a hotel of 4 stars: rooms are not very spacious, and quite old. Personal of the hotel are very kind

The hotel offers excellent value for money. Staff are very courteous and helpful. The location suited us very much being away from the main road. The accommodation was more than we were expecting with 5 beds for 3 people! All in all an excellent choice.
