Hotel was short walk from center of mainz just far enough out to be quite at night.Had breakfast in hotel was good, plenty juices, cereals, ham, cheese and coffee.Staff were very friendly and accomodating.We enjoyed our stay and will definitely book there again.

Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the rooms are available at any time after 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. Guests arriving after closing time, will be able to get their key from the key safe, using their reservation number.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than 11 a.m.

Garage parking is subject to an overnight charge of €6,00.
Stay of pets is not included in the price and costs €6,00 per day.

CANCELLATION POLICY
